 | UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this kitten/cat to be sold, leased, traded, or in any way transferred to any pet store, | |
| research lab, or any similar facilities, nor is this kitten to be placed in any animal shelter. If this kitten is ever found to be neglected or mistreated, buyer will surrender kitten to the breeder unconditionally. Breeder has the right at any time to inspect the kitten if there is any suspicion of neglect or mistreatment. | ||
| The Adopter agrees to inform the breeder immediately of any anticipated adoption or gift of this kitten/cat to any other | |
| person and will not transfer ownership of this kitten/cat without notification of the Breeder. Breeder has the option of reclaiming the kitten/cat if the proposed transfer is deemed by the Breeder to be not in the best interests of the kitten/cat. | ||
| Adopter agrees to produce the kitten/cat for inspection by Breeder upon request. | |
| If adopted as a pet, the kitten/cat must be altered prior to one year of age, or if adopted as an unaltered adult cat it must | |
| be altered within 30 days of adoption. Adopter agrees and guarantees that this kitten/cat will never be used at stud or for breeding. A registration application will be provided upon presentation of a veterinarian's certificate of castrating/spaying. | ||
| If adopted as a Breeder, an addendum must be attached to this Adoption Agreement conveying rights and be signed by | |

| The Adopter accepts the responsibility for caring for this kitten/cat and providing for it's welfare. The Adopter agrees to | |
| follow the breeder's instruction on care, housing, diet and health care (if provided in writing) to the best of Adopters ability and as is reasonable. The Adopter agrees that this kitten/cat will always receive prompt, quality medical care and will not be allowed to harbor parasites (internal or external). The Adopter agrees to provide companionship for this kitten/catand will not leave it alone for long periods of time without human attention. The Adopter agrees to provide this kitten/cat with a generous amount of exercise and to provide it with toys. The Adopter agrees not to cage this kitten/cat except as needed for medical isolation purposes on a temporary basis. | ||

| At the time of adoption the Breeder guarantees that the kitten/cat is FeLV negative and is free of disease unless otherwise | |

| Adopter agrees to have this kitten/cat examined by a licensed veterinatian within three working days after the adoption and | |
| report any health problems to the Breeder. If a problem is found, the Adopter will notify the breeder and send a statement from a licensed veterinarian describing the problem. The Breeder will either correct the health condition or replace with another kitten/cat of equal quality as available provided that if returned the kitten/cat is in the same mental and physical condition as when adopted. | ||
| In the case of a positive Elisa FeLV test, the kitten/cat must be re-tested immediately due to the incidences of false | |

| Kittens will have had inoculations appropriate for their age before leaving the confines sof the cattery. Adopter is | |
| responsible for followe-up inoculations in a timely manner. Administration of FIP or FIV vaccines will nullify any and all health guarantees, express or implied. | ||
| It is mutually understood that failure to comply with any provisions of this agreement may detrimentally affect the | |
| reputation and business of Ragadoodles Cats. Breach of Adoption Agreement penalty if $500 per item. Adopter shall be liable for any court costs and related charges, including attorney's fees associated with Breeder enforcing the terms of this Adoption Agreement. Any legal action which may arise under the terms of this agreement will the brought in the county/city of Breeder's residence. | ||
| Adopter agrees to provide brief health updates in response to inquiries from the RagaMuffin Associated Group as requested | |
| (about once a year). This will enable RAG to monitor the health of our breed and its members to continue to provide healthy cats with sweet dispositions. |

GUARANTEE AGAINST FATAL GENETIC DEFECTS
Breeder agrees to replace the above named kitten/cat should it die from a genetic defect within one year from the date of adoption
of said kitten/cat. The guarantee is further extended for an additional two year period (for a total of three years) if the Adopter
feeds the kitten/cat Life's Abundance Cat System as its main diet. Kitten/cat will he replaced with an animal of equal value as
available.
Should the kitten/cat die within the guaranteed period and a genetic defect is suspected the Breeder must be notified immediately
and a detailed autopsy must be performed at Adopter's expense. Euthanasia without Breeder's knowledge and prior written
permission voids all guarantees.
Adopter's signature indicates that he/she has reviewed and discussed this Adoption Agreement with Breeder prior to receiving said
kitten/cat and is in full agreement and approval of the above terms and conditions.
